Description

Prescribing Protocol:

• Males
  Males with no history of ED may begin with 1mg (0.1mL) via subcutaneous injection at least 45 minutes prior to sexual activity (titrating dose upward to effect as needed or tolerated).
  Males with a history or diagnosis of ED with inadequate response to Sildenafil 100mg may begin with 4mg (0.4mL) via subcutaneous injection approximately 45 minutes prior to sexual activity (titrating dose upward to effects as needed or tolerated).
• Females
  Females with FSAD or HSDD may begin with 750mcg – 1mg (0.075mL – 0.1mL) via subcutaneous injection (titrating dose upward to effect as needed or tolerated) at least 45 minutes prior to sexual activity.
